Louisiana responds to Kendra Williams' latest letter.

Dear Kendra~

Sorry your youngest kids were sick, but I am glad they are feeling better now. It is no fun to be sick, but it is even more worrisome when some of my more disabled kids get sick; so much can go wrong in an instant.

How is the weather there? Here it is sunny, and coolish, temps in the sixties for highs, forties for lows. Not too bad, if you ask me. Hopefully the weather there is good.

We are fine; we are getting ready for the Thanksgiving holiday, and we are also in the throes of our Christmas shopping. We start ours in August; we have to with a family of our size! LOL

I am glad Mia is doing well in college; that is good to hear! My college-aged kids are doing well, too, but they are already counting the days to Thanksgiving break, where they can come back home! LOL

I am looking forward to seeing them myself; it's not the same not having them around the house! Lightning and her family may come; they were planning on it, but Darnell is in the hospital; he has a nasty virus, and he will probably be in for a few days. Pray for him; pray he gets better soon! (The virus he has was the same one I had. Thank God I am over it! :) )

Have you heard anything regarding Naomi and her twins? I hope she had a boy and a girl (or two boys), but if it is two girls, then that is okay, too. Just as long as they are healthy; that is my biggest concern. Tell the proud parents congratulations! :) I am so happy for them! :)

Well, so you are adding another little girl from Russia into your family! That is super news! Congratulations! You will have to tell me more about your new daughter to be once you hear more! I am all ears! :)

Well, Kendra, this is all for now. I am going to get something to eat before my stomach rumbles so loud my co-workers can hear it! They are already giving me weird looks! LOL I know they can hear my tummy talking! LOL Take care, Kendra, and God bless you and your Rainbow Family mightily!

sounds like life has been busy for the letter scribbers. So has mine. I have missed reading this letter series this past semester. I'm a graduate student and haven't had time for writing or reading. I don't feel like I missed a lot in this series which is good. Write on!!!
