     Johnny takes some time to write in his journal. He is having some medical problems that have him concerned; he is also worried about his girlfriend, Rebekkah Rachel Cohen.

Sunday, April 1, 2007,10:50 p.m., D.S.T., Nashville, Tennessee~


Dear Journal~


Johnny here.


I am afraid I am not doing well at all.


I feel weak; hard to hold on things, having to depend on my helping dog, "Ginger", or my family to help me when I drop things. Very frustrating.


Maman's going to call my MDA doctor at the MDA clinic to see what is going on with me. I had tests a few months back; everything seemed to be A-OK, and now I am dropping things, my fingers have turned to jello, and I am getting scared.


Rebekkah, my girlfriend, is doing okay, but I personally think she is hiding something from me. When I talked to her the other day, she seemed distant, hesitant, somehow. More worries, more stress I don't need!


I just got out of the hospital on Wednesday after a week-long stay. Had a long-lasting seizure; when I came to, I was confused as heck, wired for sound, in the Pediatric ICU. I didn't know what had happened at first; mom had to tell me. It terrified me; I thought I had died.


Now I am on new seizure medication that makes me feel goofy-headed and gives me the shakes. I think this is one reason why I am having a lot of physical problems.


You should have seen the weather yesterday: STORM-Y!! We were under tornado watches nearly all day. We had a lot of thunder and lightning, some wind, and small hail, in addition to very heavy rains. The sky was as ugly as I had ever seen it. Very scary--and I don't get scared of storms all that easily!


I was on the computer when my weather radio went off. When I looked out at the western sky, it was...GREEN. I had to shut off the computer before I turned into a "fried Johnny-burger". The lightning was "strobing" across the entire perimeter of the sky; the thunder was continuous--and LOUD.


Well, I know this isn't much, but I am tired. Good night; will write in here again. Bye!

"Fried Johnny-burger,' I like that description!! Sounds like Johnny is trying to mend and hopefully get back to normal living. Great write.....let's hope the storms stay away!!
