Dear Journal~
Hey! Johnny here! How's tricks?
Things now couldn't be any better. I found out last night that my girlfriend, Rebekkah, has been released from the hospital for good (barring complications); she is moving more every day, and she says she is doing fantastic! She is getting ready to move, though; to Modesto, so she'll be busy. (I wish she'd move to Nashville!!)
Also, daddy sailed through surgery; mama says he isn't in much pain, and he is eating and talking and stuff, so that's good. We were all so worried about him. Hopefully once he recovers he won't need the crutches any more; that'd be cool! :)
Now that daddy's had his surgery, maybe I can BREATHE again! LOL
I am feeling pertty good, all things considering, but I still have this MD. I wish it would get better, but you know that ain't gonna' happen unless there's a Miracle up God's Sleeve that I don't know about...Still, it's best to try to remain hopeful, ya know? I can't sit around, stewin' about something I have absolutely no control over...
Doesn't do me any good, doesn't do anyone else any good either, for that matter.
Later today we may be rockin'; severe weather may be afoot. They're calling for the possiblity of tornadoes. (I'll be looking at the sky later, to see if there's any action, that is before mama can stop me. She doesn't do storms, but I think they are awesome!) There can be some pretty amazing skies before a storm hits! :) ) I also love the boomin' thunder and the pulsating lightning and the smell of the approaching rain! Yes, storms can be exciting! :)
For now, though, the skies are calm: clear to partly cloudy, quite pleasant, actually.
I'm lying here in my bed, hooked up to my oxygen, waiting for the family to get up. Mama is at the hospital so she can be with daddy; grandpere' Armand and Grandmere' Therese are taking care of us while daddy is gone. Mama wants to be with him, natch. I don't blame her; back surgery can be serious business. I mean, one wrong slip of the scalpel, and you're paralyzed for life and in a chair. Not good. I'm just glad that didn't happen to daddy; I don't know what I'd do if that happened! That'd be terrible!
I miss mama; I wish she'd hurry back home! I miss her cookin' (miss daddy's cookin' too), and I miss the smell of her magnolia-scented perfume! She always smells so good! And I espeially miss her hugs and kisses! (I may be a boy, but I do love my mama's hugs and kisses; they always make me feel a whole lot better! :) )
Well, Ronee' is keyed up: As long as "American Idol" is on, you might as well hang up the moon: she is obsessed with that show! She loves it!! I'll be glad when it's over; that's all. she. talks. about!! SHEESH o mighty!!
Ronee' is going to try out for "America's Got Talent" when the tryouts come to Nashville sometime in the next few months. I hope she makes it! Yet I won't hear the end of it; somehow when something good happens to her, she gets a bit of a big head and she brags about her accomplishments. Drives me slap CRAZY!!
I am enjoying my new brothers and sisters very much. Emir is adorable as far as babies go, and Emma-Ruth and Opal are sweet. Vijay is cute, too, he laughs a lot, and he and the others are quickly picking up new English words. They are all so smart!
Next month we get another kid: Bjorn Wilhem, who is three, is coming to the family from Finland. I have seen pics of him and he looks a lot like I did when I was small! Now that is scary!!
Next month, we are going to go to the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, and in June, we are going to the CMA Music Festival here in Nashville. We are also going to a NASCAR race when it comes to Nashville, don't know when that is yet, but we are going! My older sister Dwerlina who is a NASCAR nut, got us tickets. That's going to be cool, I LOVE NASCAR!! Always have, always will! Daddy is nuts about it; that's how I got into it! (Matt Kenseth, #17, is my favorite driver. That's daddy's favorite driver, too. :) )
So we have some mighty big things coming up in our family! I can't wait!! :)
Well, I am going to go back to sleep; it's too early in the morning for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! *YAWN* Take care, and see ya another day! Bye! *good night* I'm going back to bed now....
Just don't want to get tangled up in my oxygen tubing again, like I have been KNOWN to do!! LOL That is not a good thing!!

Oh, oh, oh!! One more thing: It's Loretta Lynn's birthday today! Happy Birthday, Loretta; hope you have a lot of fun on YOUR special day! You deserve it! :D

Great journalling by Johnny! He sounds so much happier!! How sweet he remembered Loretta Lynn's birthday!!
