Guy is driving down a country road at night, when suddenly his car splutters to a halt.
He opens the hood of the car, and shines a torch in, but can see nothing wrong.
Meanwhile two horses, a black and a grey, are watching him over the fence.
"There's a loose wire going into the distributor. I can see it from here" exclaimed the grey horse.
The panic stricken man pushes at the loose wire, dives into the car, which starts, and speeds off down the road.
When he comes to a roadside bar, the shaking man storms in and demands a whiskey, which he quickly gulps down. Then he tells the barman and some people who have gathered around what happened.
"Well it was a good job it was the grey," the barman tells him.
"Why's that?" the distraught man asks, still shaking.
"Cause that black horse doesn't know Jack shit about engines," he answers.

Being a 'horsey' person, I just loved reading this humorous story. Keep 'em coming. I too like to give animals and birds a voice. They have a lot more to say than most humans!
