God was the first one to use humor when He decided to create a woman using a lousy rib bone from a sleeping man and then said Surprise!!!
The man didn't know what to do with "it"
Next was to let the bullies of this world going away with it, even if at the end He will be collecting His dues for all their wrong-doing citations.
Many of those that were bullied I am sure wish to say a word or two...

“In God we thrust” we can read in the back of a dollar bill.
In the wall of an Irish bar in Boston we can read:
“In God we thrust, the others pay cash”
and the last but no less:
“Vengeance is Mine said the Lord”, which is, in a way, a form of payment.

Now, the day when I kick the bucket for that final field goal I am sure that Him, blowing the horn after the final minute of my last quarter calling the game and all nine yards out, will give me a little leeway after been offering the other cheek so many times, going after His wisdom and not ducking in time as I should have done.

Once up there (?) or down there (!) I certainly will take out my Little Fat Black Book of Grievances.
No the silly ones.
The ones that follow you all your life, the ones that mean spirited people, seeing that you are dragging so many grievances, happily added some more.
Why should they go away with it?
Why only You my Lord has to get all the fun?

Going through life with so many no-nos to us, we are frustrated when we discovered that “they” go away with murder anytime they please. From kindergarten until that final whistle.

So Lord, listen, when you see me up, or down there, can You just kind of look the other way for a minute or two?
You see, I have so many unfinished businesses, that I don’t wish to go a eternity or two asking my self “what if?” for not having kicked real good some of the butts that got away.

To payback, after all, You said is Divine.
Kicking those butts… it really most be a divine feeling!!!

Well, we know the Lord has a sense of humor, look at the platypus! So, I'm right behind you and Ed with wanting him to look the other way for just a minute or two or four. I know just the ones, but He may have already taken care of them for me.
This is Great! I have to agree that would be just too COOL!!!

Man, wouldn't that be very COOL!!!!! And now, I'm really wondering if that might actually be possible. I better drag out that long list of mine - and memorize it!
