     Lesbian Blind Date

There was this one girl that I would talk to over the internet.  Her name was Briana.  Never saw her in person or talked to her over the phone.  One day, during one of our conversations over the computer, I decided to place her on speaker through the computer.  It was my first time hearing her voice.  Her voice was so cute and I couldn’t get her little voice out of my head.  I didn’t call her because I was a little too shy at first.  Well, not really.  Hell, I was a performer at a club in D.C., taking off my clothes for the women there.  How shy could I have been, huh?  Well, needless to say, I told her that I was going to be at the club on a particular night and asked her if she’d meet me there.

It was a Friday night, and some friends of mine wanted to go out to the club that night before we left to go out of town.  That was cool with me.  Party before we leave for a party?  Why not?  I’d already had someone meeting me there, but never said anything to my friends about it though.  I did my make-up that night as well as my hair, as I did every night that I had to perform or stepped into any club.  My nails were always done and always dressed classy.  Not like my counter parts who dressed like they were dancers 365 days of the year.

We walked up into the club and headed straight for the bar like always.  Then we made our rounds to see “family & other friends”.  As I said earlier, I’d never met Briana personally.  I’ve only seen a picture of her from her from the profile on the computer, so I really didn’t know who I was looking for, but had an idea.  Not knowing, but she was sitting at the bar, right next to me, but said nothing as my friends and I were ordering our drinks.  After our orders were received, I turned to one of my friends and told her that I was looking to meet this girl to whom I’d been talking to lately.  She asked me if I knew what she looked like and I told her that I had an idea.

“Did she tell you what she’d be wearing at least?”

At that moment, I remembered that she said she would be wearing a blue sweater with blue jeans and her hair was cut short.  We both started to look around for a girl wearing a blue sweater and jeans and saw no one there wearing such article of clothing.  So, my thought was “maybe she hasn’t gotten here yet”.  Well, I was wrong.  She was there before we got there.  My friends went to the side of the bar and one of them called me on my cell phone.

“I think the person that you’re looking for is sitting right next to you”.

I look to my left to see this person and then look back towards the D.J.

“Why you say that?"  She has on a red sweatshirt, not a blue sweater”, I replied.

“Because, she keeps looking and admiring you up and down”.

So, after a few minutes, I turn back to my left, “Hello, how are you?”  Nervous as all outdoors, but not understanding why.

“I’m fine and so are you.”

“Thank you”, blushing as I replied.

“So, what’s your name?”

“I’m Carmen, and you are?”

She looks at me with this smirk on her face and from then, I knew that she was Briana.  I actually knew it from the time she said “I’m fine and so are you”.  It was that little cute voice that I couldn’t get out of my head for days.  We talked and we smiled at each other the entire time that we conversed.

We danced and had drinks, but of course, I couldn’t have too many because I was the first one driving on our trip out of town.

“So when are you all coming back from out of town?”

“We’re just going for the weekend and we should be back by Sunday afternoon sometime.  Why, will you miss me”, I asked her.

“Of course I will”, she replied.

On our way out of the club that night, my fiends were ready to get on the road for our trip.

“Come on girl, let’s go”, my friends yelled from across the street.

“Well, I will be giving you a call when I get back, believe that.”

With the cutest smile, she replied, “Well, I can’t wait until you get back either.  Then we can hang out.  I mean, really hang out.”

Part of me wanted to tell my friends to go ahead without me and let me know how the show turned out, but I had to go.  I had to make some extra money.  As much as I wanted to stay with Briana that night, I couldn’t do it.  So, I gave her something to think about while I was out of town.  That was a kiss and a pair of my thongs….and so it was!!
