Howdy, y'all!!  This is your little bluegrass buddy, Colton Ramey, writing (with help from mommy).  I hope y'all are doing good; me, I couldn't be doing better than I am doing now!

Remember the last time I wrote when I said I was going to sing at the Grand Ole Opry with my family?  Well, we did, and let's just say I stole the show!  I did good!  Mommy and daddy were both very proud of me; so were my big sissie and brother! 

I gots to meet Ricky Skaggs, Loretta Lynns (she's old!!), and Jimmie C. Newsman; they were all very nice, they didn't act like big time stars.  They treated me real good, like I was their buddy or something.  It was cool coz I gots to get their autographs, and I had my picture made with them.  They were more than happy to pose for a picture with me.

My family was nervous when they sang on the Opry; however, I wasn't.  It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be; once I heard the peoples clapping and cheering, that made me want to play harder, sing better.  After we were done, the peoples stood up on their feet and cheered all the harder. 

Now I get to do it all over again:  not at the Grand Ole Opry, but on television!! We are going to go to Hollywood, California, where we are going to try for a spot on "America's Got Talent".  On the show we will sing and play our bluegrass music.  I only hope the judges will like what we do; if not, I will probably cry!!

If we make it to "America's Got Talent", we will have a chance to go to Las Vegas, Nevada, where we will try to get the big prize, which is a million-trillion dollars and a chance to play at a motel and have our own show there. [Colton meant "hotel".]

I hope we win; if so, I can buy mommy a car and pay for her gas.  I also can buy her a house, maybe even one that has a swimming pool.  We can also get new clothes and new instruments.  Maybe we can even get a tour bus so we don't have to keep driving our van to get from show to show!

Well, I am too excited; and I can't think of anything more to write, so I will go now.  Besides, it's way past my bedtime; I need to get my sleep.  I'm a growing boy.  If I don't get sleep, I will be like a monster; I won't be very nice! LOL  So until later, this is Colton Ramey saying good-bye for now!  Wish us luck on "America's Got Talent"!!!!

P.S.:  I already have a girlfriend (only she doesn't know it yet!).  I'm in love with Kaitlyn Ashley Maher; she's my age, and she sings right pretty! (She made it to Las Vegas; maybe if I get there, we can go on a date. :) )
