Howdy!  This is your friend, Colton Blaize Ramey, writing!  Hope you are okay!

I am afraid I'm not okay.  You see, I didn't make it on "America's Got Talent".  I got buzzed by Mr. Morgan, but the other two people (Sharon and David) liked me, so that wasn't too bad.  When they voted, they decided I needed more experience, so I wouldn't go on.

Of course, that made me sad.  I tried my best out there on that stage; I really did!  When I saw the people, I got scared, I guess this is one reason why I (my family) didn't do as well as we wanted to.

So now we have returned home to Kentucky.  I have a performance this weekend at the Kentucky Opry, then next week we go to a bluegrass festival, where we are part of the performer lineup.  Looking forward to that; maybe it will take some of the sting from our losing on AGT!

I am mad about AGT because they voted a four year old girl (Kaitlyn Ashley Maher) through; and I was way better than her!  Maybe it's because she's a girl, and I'm a boy; people seem to like little girls better than boys!  :(

I didn't get to meet her, but I did get her e-mail address; maybe mommy can help me write a letter to her, so I can tell her how much I love her.  :P

Last week, they had a nine year old boy on the show; he was not that good, but they voted him through anyway.  I think some of these judges on that show have soapsuds for brains; they don't know talent!!  I guess they did it because he has autism (don't know what that is, but it can't be good), they felt sorry for him.  It's really stupid how these judges on AGT think!

Well, I am sad, so I am going to go; going to drink some rootbeer, maybe that'll make me feel better.  Until then, I have that bluegrass festival to look forward to and then the Kentucky Opry.  Maybe I'll get famous yet; I want to be famous like my hero, Ricky Skaggs!
