Remember me?? If not, let me tell you who I am.
My name's Brandy Brooke-Haven Ribeaud. I live in Sausolito, California, with my mama, my daddy, and my brother Tyler (he's thirteen) and sister Mikkensie, who's four. Mikkensie's handicapped.
We also have a dog, "Brindle", who's a poodle (my brother named him), and a cat, "Charlie", who's big, fat, and sassy.
As I told you in my last story, I compete in beauty pageants. I've done this since I was small; I used to be a shy kid, but ever since I started doing pageants, I've made a lot of friends. I love doing pageants; I love the attention, and I love the feeling I get when I do well.
I love to do many things besides do pageants. I love to sing, dance, act (that's one thing I'd love to be: an actress or a singer, like my favorite, Abigail Breslin, or my other favorite, Brandy Panfili), read (mama tells me I'm a regular bookworm! LOL), draw, and play on the computer. I also love to run around outside.
I sometimes argue with my brother, but never, ever argue with Mikkensie. See, Mikkensie's special. She was okay when she was a baby, but then an uncle who was babysitting her shook her too hard, and now she's handicapped. She's unable to do anything; all she does is lie there in her bed and cry or make noises. It really makes me sad because she will never be like me, even when she grows up.
I sometimes see my uncle who's in jail for a very long time, and I sometimes wish I never even knew him, for what he did to our family, especially my sister. I guess I will be angry at him for a very long time to come.
I think it would have been fun to have Mikkensie compete alongside me when I do pageants; now that will never happen. All she can do is lie there, make noises, and cry. She's like a big baby; she needs a lot of help. I help out with her a lot when I'm home, but it always makes me sad because she can't help what happened to her.
Well, mama is calling me; guess Mikkensie's awake. I don't have any more pageants until next weekend, so I have some time to do what I want--that is, when I'm not helping out with taking care of Mikkensie. I will write in here again. Until later, take care and God bless!
