Dear Jenna Anderson, Rick, and Adam~

Louie here.  Louie Sandusky.  Hope this finds y'all in fine health; glad to know you are doing so well, particularly you, Jenna!  I am amazed at your attitude; you have such a great outlook on life, even with knowing that you will be in a wheelchair for the rest of your life!  Good for you!

More people need to follow your example; they'd be a lot better off!

I was in a wheelchair for a time myself; know what it is like.  I wasn't expected to walk again after I had injured my back falling out of a tree, but God saw to it that I would; I haven't regretted it since (although for years I lived with crippling back pain).  I have since had surgery about two years ago to put an end to the pain I was in, and it  has been nothing short of miraculous!

That's great that you might be coming to Tennessee for Thanksgiving; we  would love to meet you!  I know you would enjoy meeting my husband, Bill, and our village LOL; they're all a great group of kids!

That's great you want to adopt a sister for Adam; I just hope he could handle it!! LOL  I wish you nothing but God's blessings upon that decision; I pray everything goes through according to  His plan for you!  That would be awesome!!

Please, by all means, keep us posted as to how the process is going; I will lift you up in prayer, and I will have the church do the same!

I pray Maddie continues to make strides in  her recovery following spinal surgery; I know how painful it can be.  I've had four or five on my own back; it was no picnic, let me tell you!  The last time was the first time it worked, the first one I had without searing pain that would just about take my breath away!  It has been incredible!! 

I will have the church pray for Maddie as well.

Tomorrow Ronee' has her driver's exam; I hope she passes!  She has been practicing just about every night with her driving, and she has been doing super; she feels she's ready!  Say a prayer for her; she (and we) would appreciate it greatly!

We may get some severe weather sometime tomorrow, including the threat of tornadic supercells.  I pray and hope not; we've been inundated with bad weather this year; we're all severe'ed out!  Pray for God's protection on our area; we could really use it!!

Johnathon has been doing well with his muscular dystrophy:  no troubling new symptoms, thank the Lord.  It's just that he's been having some hard times with schoolwork; schoolwork isn't easy for him.  He's doing better than he was, but he still struggles sometimes, especially when learning something brand new; it takes him longer, and he gets frustrated.  Pray for Johnny, too!

Roberto is another one who needs prayer.  He has been on a tear lately:  behavior has been terrible!  He  head-butts anyone who makes him mad, and that's after he curses them out.  I can't believe the language that comes out of his mouth; I wonder where he's picked it up!  I am more than ready to go to his school and give the board a piece of my mind for not teaching my son properly!  He knows better than to do that!!

Jodie will be having her surgery next week, to straighten her feet.  Her feet are drawing downwards, causing her intense pain.  It will be a time of uncertainty for her; pray she pulls through the surgery!  She's so fragile, in regards for her health; I always worry when she has to go under the knife!  Also pray for her recovery afterwards!!  We would greatly appreciate it!

Also, be praying for Jamee Williams, my little granddaughter with muscular dystrophy.  She fell down the stairs yesterday; she wasn't hurt, but she's extremely sore, and now she is depressed.  Jamie is nine, the oldest one of my grandbabies, and she's really struggled with her health the past few years!  It's really been hard on her parents, Lightning (my daughter) and Darnell (son in law), especially since Lightning is physically disabled herself (she has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair to get around).

How is the weather there where you're at?? I pray it's beautiful, and I pray no bad weather comes  your way!

Well, Emir and Isaiah are laughing uproariously; have to see what kind of mischief they're up to.  Ian is still sleeping; it's a wonder the two other boys haven't awakened him up with their giggling!  God bless you, Jenna, and write back when you can!  Hope to see you around Thanksgiving; it would be soo great if you could come!  I'd love to meet you in person!
