Hi!  It's me, Kata Danae' Fishugh!  Remember me??

I'm five years old.  I live in Grapevine, Texas, with my mommy, daddy, brothers Kent and Kasey, and my big sister Kadie.  We sometimes perform; we have a bluegrass/country music band called "The Fishugh Family Bluegrass Band".

I am hoping to get to perform at the Grapevine Opry here in Grapevine; I've auditioned, but I haven't heard anything from the Opry people yet.  We're praying I get to sing there; that'd be a dream come true for me!

Rachel Paxton's my best friend.  We love to play beauty shop ladies, teachers, or Grand Ole Opry.  She's Shania Twain; I'm usually Loretta Lynn.  We sing like angels, or so people have told us!  :)

That's my big dream in life:  to sing at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee.  That'd be too cool to stand on the same stage where Loretta Lynn, Little Jimmy Dickens, Porter Waggner, and Dolly Parton have sung!!  If I could sing at the Grand Ole Opry, I'd feel like a superstar!!

We're getting ready for Thanksgiving.  Turkey Day is always fun at our house.  My cousins who live in Fort Worth and Denton come, and we have turkey, cranburry stuffin, apple or punkin pie, or peach cobler for dessert.  YUM!!  Makes me hungry just thinkin' of it!

After that Santa Claus will be at the mall; I can't wait to go to him, whisper to him my Christmas wishes!  I've been a very good little girl!!
