Sorry if I haven't written in here in a while; been sick.  Got out of hospital from bone infection, then I do good for a while; then get sick again.  I have high fever, intense pain in leg; leg all hot, red, swollen up.  It was nasty!  I go back to E.R., to see what they could do, they admit me, tell me I have to have more surgery.

I have bad infection that eat up my skin; I was in hospital for over a month and a half.  Just got out around Thanksgiving, end of November; still not feeling my best.

Mama has been taking care of me, as has my friend, Yakovo Rossovich.  They really patient, good with me, even when I complain.  I am happy they understand; they don't know the pain I'm in!  It feel like someone twisting my leg off, even pulling my foot, toes; and I don't even have feet or toes!  It make me crazy in head!!

Mama, she say it miracle I live.  What I have most people die from; if they no die, they have problems for rest of their lives; it rare disease.  Never mind name; it too complicated!!  Anyway, I be very sick; sick a long time; still getting over it.

I no work at store; have to get better first.  It hard not having any money coming in.  Mama and Yako, they work to help me; when they at work, my neighbor, Peggy, she come and baby sit me, take care of me.  She like a second mamma to me.  I just love her!

Christmas nearly here; Christmas next week.  I not feeling very Christmas-like; too sick, too much in pain, for one thing.  We no have house decorate for Christmas; no tree, no Christmas wreath, no lights--nothing.  Our house look like it always does.  Boring.  :P

I going to go now; sorry if this not long.  I need take medicine for my leg; it hurt me again.  I also sick to stomach; sometimes pain so bad it do that.  I will let you go for now; write another day.  Until later, this is Slobo Trbanek saying bye-bye!
