Howdy!  Rat Nose here.  Hope this finds y'all well!

I am doing okay.  Not great, but I'm hangin' in there.  Still working at that Chinese restaurant, washin' everyone's dirty dishes, puttin' up with my real jerk of a boss, and puttin' up with inept co-workers who don't know what the f*** they are doing (plus they don't understand English, which is really a pain in the butt!!!).

School is also a hassle.  Homework nearly every night, and on the nights where I work, I sometimes don't get to bed until two or three o'clock in the morning.

You can imagine how many hours of sleep I get on those days.  I'm lucky if I get two to three hours on those nights; by the time lunchtime rolls around, I'm practically fallin' asleep in my mashed potatoes!  Or I'm snorin' on the bus, on the way home, and somebody has to wake me up when we reach my street.

It's madness!

The weather has warmed up considerably here in Texas, where I live.  Even though it's only March, it feels more like late April or May, with temps in the seventy-to-eighty degree range and the trees, flowers burstin' forth in color.  This is a really pretty time of year here, and I love it; I am so glad to see winter is overwith for another year!

I don't do cold weather very well.  I also don't do hot weather either; guess I'm livin' in the wrong darn state! 

Maybe I need to move to Alaska!  Or maybe Tennessee, where at least you have basements during tornado weather or a temporate climate (winter feeling like winter, or summer feeling like summer, and not winter feeling more like summer or summer feeling more like the pits of Hell)!

This weather here in Texas is just too extreme for my liking!

I'm ready to disown Gloria, my stupid older sister.  I will be sooo glad when she goes to college this fall; she's nothing but a huge pain in the tukus!  Girls!  Why did God ever invent them??  They are nothing but a pain in my butt!!

If it weren't for her, I'd have a dog; but noooo.  She's allergic, so allergic she about quits breathing if she even gets close to a dog!  I'd give anything to have a weiner dog or perhaps a cocker spaniel!

Or maybe a pit bull, just as long as it doesn't bite me out of pure-t meanness!

Well, I am going to go now; school tomorrow.  I will be soo glad when it's Friday; then we can start our spring break next week; then we're out of school for a week!  I can sleep in; that will be soooo nice!
