Greg Wright here.  Hope this finds y'all well and happy.

Thought I'd write in here, to let y'all know what is up with us, the Wright Bunch.  We are all doing well:  wife, Mattie, and kids Kensington, Khristmas, Kaylie, and our youngest, Korina Grace, whom we adopted over a year ago from Vietnam.

Kaylie is still involved with gymnastics, dancing, and cheerleading; she is one very busy young lady!  Talented, too!  :)  Her brother, Ken, is heavily into baseball; in fact, this weekend, he has a tournament in Atlanta; we all plan on being there, to lend our support.  Meanwhile, Khristmas is enjoying being a typical young girl:  playing with her brother and sisters and enjoying her friends and school.  She is doing very well in her classes; we are all proud of her!

As for Korina, she has recovered from her appendectomy of a few months ago; in fact, you wouldn't know she was in the hospital unless you saw the scar crisscrossing her belly.  She is full of spirit, full of the devil, and one of the noisiest members of our clan!  You can hear her before you even see her half of the time!  LOLOLOL

She's also still in her hitting phase, unfortunately.  We all have the bumps, bruises to prove it.  Unbeknownst to her, she doesn't realize just how much crutches hurt!  We have been working with her, trying to break her of this annoying habit, trying to teach her more healthier, appropriate ways of dealing with anger/frustration; however, I don't think it's reached her little brain yet.

If she hits us one more time with her crutches, we are going to take them away from her--permanently--or until she learns to use them correctly!  We cannot have her acting like this!!

We just celebrated Memorial Day yesterday.  We went on a picnic--or did, until a rain shower blew up, and Korina got sick in the pond after eating too much potato salad.  We also recently celebrated Mother's Day (we enjoyed spoiling my wife with dinner out, cards, and lots of extra hugs and kisses!) and Easter (Easter, we went to the park and then visited the kids' great grandmother, Queen Esther, who lives in a nursing home; she is 103 years young).

Now we have Father's Day staring at us in a few weeks, as well as the Fourth of July; we really don't know what is going to happen; we'll just have to play it by ear.

I am happy to say that Korina is learning more in the way of English words.  She's also turning into a sassy little tomato.  She's heard her older brother backsass us, and now she's picking up on it.  I don't relish the thought of raising a juvenile delinquent for a daughter; we've raised our kids better than that!  And I don't like how Kenny sasses; we are going to have to break him of that real quick, or else we are going to have a huge problem!

The weather has been hot and sunny most days, and some days we have had storms (nothing too severe, thank goodness).  Hope this trend continues.

Summer is most definitely on the way here in Georgia!!

Well, I am going to go; Korina is calling me again.  Seems that she never gives us a moment's peace!  *Sighhh*  I will write in here again soon (or my wife will); either way, you'll  hear from us directly.  Until then, this is Greg Wright saying so long and God bless!  Pray we can break our son of his sassiness and our daughter of her hitting us with her crutches; we'd really appreciate it!
