Hello from the Sunshine State! (Although now you couldn't prove it by me: it's raining outside to beat the band: a thunderstorm decided to park itself right over the house!)
Thank God I am on the laptop with battery backup, in case the power decides to go kerflooey! LOL
It's me, Charlene Morgan Tynsdale; I hope this finds y'all well. I am doing wonderful; life is indeed sweet! :) (Now you're probably thinking, who is Charlene? Well, that is my real name; otherwise, people are more familiar with my nickname, which is Caz. Yeah, I'm Caz, or Charlene, for formal occasions! :) )
I have a new friend. She moved into my neighborhood last week; she and I hit it off. Her name's Phaedra Rose McEntire, which is even stranger than mine! LOL She's the same age as me (fourteen), and she will be going to my school when it starts back up next month. She moved here from Boston, Massachussetts, so she talks funny. She has a weird accent. She doesn't "talk", per se: she "TAWKS".
My family is well: me, my mom and dad, and my sisters Elizabeth Grace (10) and Tabbitha Marie (8). I am still trying to convince my sisters about Christ, but they are too busy being typical kids. They would rather play than hear about Christ. Maybe one day they will come around, as I did, when I was ten. I wish they'd see "Heaven's Gates and Hell's Flames"; it would really change their way of thinking or of viewing life, or what happens after we die.
I am worried about my one aunt: she is pregnant with her first child, a boy she plans on naming Bo Michael. There is a possibility that the baby might have something wrong with it; the doctors are monitoring my aunt very closely. I pray there isn't anything wrong with baby Bo; that would just break her heart; she really wants this child!
I am also worried about my mom's friend from work. Mom has a friend named Glinda Kay, and she has stage 4 breast cancer. She's not doing well at all. She's currently in the hospital, where she is recovering from a double masectomy (both breasts removed). Doctors seem to think the cancer's spread to her lungs. Not good. I will have to do some heavy duty praying for her when I go to church on Sunday morning!
Seems that the church prayer warriors will have their work cut out for them, with the seriousness of these prayer requests!
Well, Phaedra is coming up the walk, so I will let her in; she is positively soaked! I will go for now; i will write again another time. Hopefully the weather will be much nicer the next time I write. Take care and may God bless you! See you around!
~Love, your friend in Florida, Caz Tynsdale. :)
