One Sunday morning a young woman had forgotton  time had changed, and  one hour had been lost. She went on as usual with her time spent with the Lord. Then on to the much needed preparation for dinner, not to mention breakfast.

It was an unusual atmosphere for this young lady completed everything in clock time, yet she did not realize  she had just lost two hours, so she was actually late for getting to Church. Something happened to this young lady without her knowing it. Just as she was going out hurriedly to the waiting car. She grabbed a pair of biege shoes. Not realizing  they did not match. Upon arrival at the Church it was discovered to her dismay  she was unprepared to go into the Church Service. For the mixed matched shoes one was high heeled, and the other low. The young lady paused momentarily, then she made a decision to go into the Service with her old slippers  she had on her feet, they were not presentable. Unprepared without her proper shoes on, yet the spirit within was completely prepared to fellowship.

In your walk with God though, you won''t get off so easliy if you continue to procrastinate the call of God on your life. Yes, you who have wandered from the path of life, and then there are those of you who have not given your heart to Jesus Christ, today is the day of Salvation. For the great day of Judgement is fast approaching. the time has come for you to change your thinking. Your focus must shift from the busy as usual, and understand  you may not have a proper pair of shoes for your feet, and even dressy clothes to wear at Church.

The good news is with your Abba Father, He is not focused on your attire nor if your shoes match each other, it is your heart  He is focused on. Is your heart right with God? Revelation 6:17 declares " For the great day of His wrath is come, and who shall be able to stand? " Yes, if you and I are not prepared there are the consequences of spending an eternity without God''s presence. The young woman had the freedom of going to worship in the Church without any shoes on however, on that great and dreadful day! If you and I are uprepared there will be an eternal separation from God!

I challenge you to prepare to meet Abba Father, by yielding yourself to his plans and purposes. Study the word and become a doer of the word, pray often and be obedient. You will be propelled by God''s Holy Spirit to walk to your place of destiny reversing being unprepared to being prepared to soar to even higher heights! Take a leap of faith today and get prepared!
