Young Crutcher Dillon Daniel O'Neil from Texas continues his story.

Howdy from Texas!

It's me, Crutcher!  Crutcher Dillon Daniel O'Neil!  Hope this finds y'all well; I am happy 'cause the Cowboys beat the Tennessee Titans the other day; it was their first practice game of the season, and they played like champions!  The score was something like 30 to 10 (Cowboys favor).  I was so thrilled!!

Go, Cowboys, go!!  Woo-HOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I am starting school next week.  I will be in the third grade.  I hope I do well in school; I have always loved school, even though I'm a boy.  Must be 'cause I'm right smart; my parents are always braggin' on my grades and stuff.  :)

I have been having fun staying at MeMaw Clara's house when mama and daddy take the dogs on the road.  Mama and daddy raise Pomeranians; we have six dogs now:  three red, three black, and one cinnamon-red with white.  Oh, that's seven dogs, not six.  LOL  Forgive me; I can't count!  LOL (And there I go saying how smart I am!  LOLOLOL)

Mama took my sister Kaylie to the doctor's, to see if she could find out why she's handicapped.  Doctors still don't know why; they tell us to love her anyway, just as she is.  She's easy to love; she's quiet and happy; at least she doesn't scream her head off, like my one cousin; he's eight, like me, but he's more like a baby.  He's bad off.  It's sad 'cause he can't play like I can; everyone has to take care of him.

Kaylie can't walk; she rides in a pink wheelchair or her baby stroller when we go out, and she's just learning to talk.  She can say maybe six or seven words.  She's always been slow; it's 'cause she was born early.  Kaylie weighed less than a pound; maybe this had something to do with her being like she is.

Ezrah, meanwhile, is as loud as Kaylie is quiet.  Ezrah is a little tomboy; she's always roughhousing with me, or wanting to play football.  She wants to be a football player when she gets big.

Nothing "girlie" about Ezrah!!  LOL

I have had a lot of fun this summer.  We went to Six Flags over Texas in Arlington several times (I got to ride the Titan and the Batman roller coasters; I felt like a big kid!!), we went to the Fort Worth Zoo and to Fossil Rim (I got to see a real live cheetah up close!!), and we went to the Space Museum in Houston.  Yeah, I'd say I had a good summer!!

Too bad it's almost gone; I am looking forward to school, but not that much!  I still want to play!!!!  LOL

I did have one bad experience this summer, and that was when MeMaw Clara got sick and had to go to the hospital.  She had pneumonia, a lung sickness, and she couldn't breathe.  She was really sick for a while; I thought she was going to die and go to Jesus; she did not, thank goodness.  She got better, but now she has to wear oxygen thingies in her nose, to help her breathing, until her lungs get stronger.  We can still visit her, but we have to make sure we aren't sick when we do or else she could get sick again and be in the hospital.

That would not be good!

Well, mama is calling me, so I will go.  We have church tonight, at six.  We go to Ressurrection Church of God.  We always have fun at church.  I will write in here again; until then, this is Crutcher saying bye!  Take care and God bless!

~Love, your Texas friend, Crutcher Dillon.  :D
