Michael Stinkowitz updates us on what has been going on in his world.

Howdy!  Michael Stinkowitz (aka "Stinko") here; thought I'd update you on what's been going on with me.  I last wrote in July.  That was over two months ago.

I'm back in school now.  Eleventh grade.  A junior.  I'm doing okay; not great, but my grades are passable.  Never was one for hitting the books:  I'd much rather spend time with my girlfriend or sleep in!  LOL

I am working on the weekends, Saturdays for eight hours, and Sundays for six.  I am working at a video store.  It's not the greatest job in the world, but it'll do for now; at least I'm earning my own money, to where I can pay my bills or have money if I want to do something.

I'm at work now as I write this.  I'm on break; just got on break five minutes ago; go back on the clock roughly about four fifteen or so.  Work has been crazy-busy; I needed this break!!

I get off at six; came in at noon.  Seems once I got here, the people kept coming in; I was ready to pull my hair out!  At least I have a nice boss to work for; his name's Adu.  He's originally from India, but he speaks English quite well.  You just have to get used to his way of speaking; he has a pretty heavy accent.

I started at Blockbuster around a month ago.

Between school, work, and church, I don't have much free time.  When I do, all I want to do is sleep.  LOL  I only see my girlfriend, Ronee', on Sundays or Wednesdays at church, or at school, if I am in one of her classes or bump into her in the halls.  She's still as sweet as ever; she and I are madly in love with one another!!

I can deffo see her being my wife someday!  :)

My parents just love her; they think she's the greatest thing since sliced bread.  They say she's courteous, polite, compassionate, happy-natured, super intelligent (and she is; she has an IQ of over 160 points, which puts her in MENSA territory, i.e. genius level!), and so full of life.

I see all that in Ronee', too--and so much more!

I'll tell you this:  she's easy on the eyes!  :)  (I get the hots whenever I look at her; she's so sexy!!  LOL)

My brother, Stevie, is hanging in there; no new probs with his heart acting up.  I pray this continues.  It's always so scary whenever the paramedics have to come and shock my brother's heart back into a normal rhythm, especially when he's aware of what is going on.  That's the worst!!  I hate it probably even more than he does!

I wish his doctors could fix his heart issues once and for all so he doesn't have to suffer like this!!

Yesterday at school, a kid had to be rushed by ambulance to the hospital when he suffered an allergy attack.  One minute he was popping jalapeno peppers into his mouth; the next, his face was turning a scary raspberry/blue color, and he was choking for air.  He nearly died hadn't the paramedics had the fortitude to know what was going on; they probably saved the kid's life.  It was pretty scary!!

And last week, another kid fell down the stairs and severely sprained her ankle.  She's now hobbling around on a pair of crutches, with her ankle wrapped up.

Then, a week ago yesterday, a kid broke his neck during the football game.  A player from the opposing team hit him like a locomotive; the kid is still in the hospital, unable to move.  Doctors still don't know if he will remain paralyzed or not; it's still too early to tell.  We've been lifting up Earle Jones in prayer, both at school and at church.

Seems there's been a rash of accidents lately at school.  I pray it ends soon!!

The weather here in Nashville is finally cooling down, with temps in the seventy-to-eighty degree range.  After the long, hot (wet) summer we've had, we're ready for a change in weather patterns!

Whoops!  Busted!  Adu is glaring down at me, breathing down my neck.  I was supposed to have clocked back in forty five minutes ago!  He does not look happy!  If I still want to keep my job here at Blockbuster, I'd better scoot and get back to work!  I will write in here again soon; until then, this is Stinko saying so long!  God bless!

~Stinko.  :)  *blushing*
