Dear Journal~

Hiiii!!!  How are you??  I am doing great!!

It also helps being off school this week.  No school until next Monday!!  Thanksgiving break.  Which means on the mornings I don't have PT, I can sleep in!  Yayyy!!!!

You would think I'd be disappointed because I love school ... nope!  I can use a break; have been having some killer-diller homework assignments which meant burnin' the midnight oil til 11 or 12 some nights, then getting up at FIVE the next morning ... UGH!  Talk about TIRED!!  I need my sleep!!!!

I can concentrate on practicing my music for the upcoming church Christmas Cantata, which will be held the week before Christmas.  That's bound to keep me very busy. 

I can watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade on Thanksgiving morning, then go out to eat, then watch the football game (Dallas Cowboys and whoever they're next scheduled to play), and let my belly flop around until we hit the sack by nine, so we can be up, bright-eyed, and bushy-tailed for the next morning.  Going to finish my Christmas shopping; have yet to shop for Nicole Aldape, Michael Stinkowitz, and several other friends.

I can get myself something, too.  Always nice to spend money on yourself and get yourself something for Christmas ...  *grins*

I do know one thing I plan on buying:  Kaitlyn Maher's new CD.  I just love her; she is so talented and so cute!  (I want to see her new movie when it comes out.)

I just wish David Militello had a CD.  I'd be first in line!!  I love David Militello too; he is absolutely adoRAble!!

Oh! Oh!  I also want Susan Boyle's new CD; it's come out already and gone platinum!  I just love her; she blew me away when I saw the video on Yahoo!  She might have not looked like much, but when she opened her mouth to sing ...  HOLY COW!!  She is absolutely fanTAStic!! 

I love going shopping the day after Thanksgiving:  there's so many people; it's absolutely CRAZINESS!!  Seeing the lights, hearing the Christmas music, and seeing so many smiling faces always puts me into the Christmas spirit.  And it means that my birthday is coming up; I'll be 17 years old on Christmas Day!!!!

I would write more, but I have to go.  Church in an hour.  Have to leave the house by eight thirty.  (Choir has to be there by 8:45 to practice before the services this morning.)  Then today, the church is feeding the congregation for a pre-Thanksgiving meal.  Yum!  I can get a jump on the turkey and all the trimmin's!  I just ADORE Thanksgiving!!!!
