Hola! Chuy Villarreal here. Thought I'd write in here before I go to school, so this probably won't be long.
I wish it were still the weekend: had a long one; no school yesterday due to it being Martin Luther King Day. I spent a good piece of it at the skate park, where I hung out with mi vatos. Didn't pay attention to the time; when I got home, mami screamed at me and hit me in the head. She was really mad!
Oops!
Not grounded this time, but mami told me if I do that ever again, I'm grounded. So I have to watch my step next time. :/
Today it's back to the same old grind: school. Yuck! I hate school; it's so feo!! I hate some of my teachers; to me they're nothing but a bunch of losers! Now some teachers are okay, as far as teachers go, but most are just plain boring!! Every time I'm in one of their classes I'm fighting the urge to go to sleep! LOL
The weather has been stunning ever since it warmed up. A week or so ago it was cold, cold: had to wear the winter gear. Yesterday it was in the mid to upper seventies: I got away with wearing just a tee shirt and shorts. It really felt good!!!! I can't wait for spring or summer; I just don't do cold weather very well.
Today it's supposed to be cloudy; tomorrow, we might get some rain (tomorrow night). Then it's supposed to be cooler, but nothing like what we had a week and a half back.
I am loving my new electric guitar! It is sooo cool! I'm getting pretty good at it too; been playing guitar since I was small. I have always loved music, be it playing or singing it. Which is why I want to be a singer when I get to be an adult. (Maybe I can combine my love for music or basketball -- become a singing b-baller?? LOL)
Well, I gotta run. Gotta eat breakfast, then get ready for school. I will write in here again soon; until later, this is Chuy Villarreal saying adios! Hasta luego, mi compadres!
Ah, Karen, sounds a bit like someone I'm rather familiar with:
"Yesterday it was in the mid to upper seventies: I got away with wearing just a tee shirt and shorts. It really felt good!!!! I can't wait for spring or summer; I just don't do cold weather very well."
Person I know doesn't do heat very well either.
As always, your words make me feel like I know the person.
