Itty-Bitty is the perfect name for our little guy. He is only two months old, and he is not much bigger than he was when he was born.
Our kitten is a Maine Coon; he was the runt of a litter of eight. He is suprisingly healthy for his age, but he has to fight twice as hard to keep up with his littermates.
Itty-Bitty has two sisters and five brothers. I think his littermates stole most of their mother's milk; there has to be no other explanation. He does eat well, sometimes too well: at times he gobbles up his food, and then he lies around, pink tongue hanging out and full belly scraping the floor. It is hilarious to watch him after he eats a big meal! LOL
We are enjoying our new kitties, but Itty-Bitty has that certain "spark" that makes him stand out from his littermates. Maybe it's his gigantic purr or his loving nature; he is one of the sweetest kittens we have ever known. He loves to play and run around, and when he takes his nap, he lies in my lap or on his mother's back, snoring softly. It is so cute to watch him go about his days; he is nothing less than entertaining!
I wish everyone could have an "Itty-Bitty" in their lives. I know our lives have been made richer because of this cute little kitty that is hardly bigger than a minute!
I am indeed a kitty person and I remember when we saved our's from the shelter. She was born and her mother was killed and a neighbour found her and took her and her brother to the shelter. She was so tiny and still is as beautiful. She thanks us daily by being so loving. A great write as Itty-Bitty seems so perfect.
I've always been a "Dog" person and know very little about cats, but "Itty-Bitty" sounds adorable. As always, a very well written and interesting story.

Awwe. *purring* Cute story and piccy, Karen! I love kitties, especially Itty Bitty ones. But, wondering if he'll shoot up to size and then Itty Bitty won't be Itty Bitty no more! LOL Well done.
