Hey, y'all!  It's your pal in New York, none other than me, the fantabulous Goonster! I hope this finds y'all in good health; as for me, I'm doin' quite well, thank you!

I am erady for school to end; it's always at this time of year when I'm antsy for the start of summer vacay:  that is, I can't wait to sleep in (sometimes as late as noon or even two or three o'clock!  LOL), annoy my brothers, and just generally be a big pain in the tukus!  LOL Summer vacation:  ah, yes:  it's what I live for!  :)

Yesterday it was mom's day.  We made our mom breakfast in bed and gave her roses.  Yellow ones.  Of course, mom acted just like your typical female:  she cried.  We then went to church; after church, we went out to eat.  We took mom out to eat at Golden Corral.  The line was busted out the doors when we got there; we knew immediately we'd have to wait a while to get a seat inside.  It was insane!!  Yet once we got a table, boy, did I load up on the food and pork out!!  I ate seven plates full of food; even when I was done, mom and pop coldn't believe that I still wanted more!!  LOL

I am still planning on going to Alabama this summer and see my best bud, Shawn, and his family.  I was there over Easter break; his family is cool!  I just love 'em so much!  Shawn and I are as tight as ever:  it's like our friendship never even got interrupted, even after he moved to Alabama! 

I sometimes like to say that Shawn is the brother I wished I had, but never got, 'cause he's my age! :)

We had some bad weather a few weeks back, but the worst of it went east, south, and north of us.  It was pretty scary:  hopefully it will be over soon; we've had round after round of storms lately, and I've gotten so sick of thunderstorms and/or threats of tornadoes, it's not a bit funny!  I'm more than ready for drier/sunnier weather!!!!  If it wasn't storming outside, it was cold: in fact, yesterday, some parts here in the Northeast had SNOW!!  Now, I ask you:  is that crazy, or what????

Well, gang, I've got to go to my next class; I'm at school as I write this, and the bell has just rung, to say it's time to move on to my next class (World History -- BORING!!).  I will write in here again soon; take care and God bless you always!
