Howdy from Kentucky!

It's me, your little bluegrass music pal, Colton Blaze Ramey!  I hope this finds y'all good; I am doing great!  Been performing just about every weekend at different bluegrass music festivals with my family, and I have been having a ball!

Today we're singin' at our church.  Pastor Ross wanted us to sing a special bluegrass-gospel song so today we are singing "Bringin' In The Sheaves" for the special music.  I can't wait; I always love singin/pickin' at church!

The family is good, but me, I'm great!  Now that school is just about over, I can look forward to a summer filled with music and fun, fun, fun!!  I hope to be going into the first grade next fall; I've really worked hard at my school work!

'Til then, I am gonna focus on having fun and sleepin' til the sun comes up!  LOL

We did have some bad rains a few weeks ago; we had some flooding, but areas east of here and south of here really got it bad.  Even Nashville, Tennessee, got flooded.  When I heard the Opry House got flooded, I thought that was the end of it, but then the Opry House is being rebuilt, and the Opry show is being held at another place until the Opry House is fixed up again.  I was so glad when I heard that; the Grand Ole Opry is one of my very favorite places!!

After church today, mama and daddy are taking us out to eat; we've been good, so they're going to treat us.  I can't wait!  We're gonna eat at the Black Eyed Pea.  I love that place; they have the best steakburgers in town!!  And I always get extra scoops of ice cream --  chocolate!  My favorite!!  Yummmm! :P
