Hi Carin' Spirit. Most of us have been rude sometimes and wish we had our mind in gear before we started talking. Yesterday, I became annoyed at the car wash guy when I brought the car back because it was not clean inside. I was right to bring the car back but allowed myself to become unpleasent and I hate when this happens and try not to allow it. Usually when we are rude or unpleasent, we are suffering or under some stress ourselves and need to remind ourselves the other fellow is similarly dealing with things you are not aware of.
