A teen who is rather endowed shares her story and how people's reactions to her size affects her.

If I could change one thing about myself, it would be the size of my chest ...

I didn't ask to be born with a bigger-than-normal bust size.  I guess I inherited it from my mom.  She's big, but I'm way bigger than she is.  I wear a 40 DD, and I am only fourteen years old!!

I hate having the boys sniggering at me or making lewd comments.  I also hate having to shop for bras because the kind I use would make perfect slingshots!  In addition to that, I get terrible backaches, and when the "monthlies" come at the end of each month, I'm in sheer agony! PAIN!!

I could get it reduced via plastic surgery, but what would that solve?   I would only end up having some serious recovery time and more pain, and right now, I don't think I could handle that ...

My name is really Johanna, but people call me Joannie.  Some have gone as far as calling me "Joannie Boom-Boom" because when I walk into a room, all eyes gravitate towards me, and the boys go "Va-va-VOOM!"  It's nothing short of embarrassing, even humiliating, at times!!

If I hear another crack about my chest, it will be too soon.  Sometimes it's so bad I don't even want to get up in the morning and/or go to school!!

Well, I gotta get ready to go to prison (ah, er, school!), so I will run along.  Take care and please pray that the kids learn to see past my chest and see the person for who I really am inside! I hate having to be like this!!  And pray that God gives me wisdom on how I can handle my "delicate" problem! I'd greatly appreciate it; all prayers are welcome!
