I just got back from skiing, and I am tired! I am waiting for momma and daddy to finish their baths, and then after Gisela and Summer have theirs, then it's my turn. Have a little while to wait ...
I had a lot of fun, but then a man fell and he broke his ankle when he twisted it wrong. The ski patrol had to come and take him to the lodge and everything; they then called for an ambulance, and the ambulance took the hurt man to the hospital. It kinda ruined the mood for skiing, so we spent a good part of the afternoon in the lodge, where I played some of the video games. Mom stayed with Jacki and Gisela, and Summer whined that she was bored, so we ended up going home. I was so mad at her; I wanted to stay longer!!
We went to Snowbird today. That is probably my favorite ski place.
Tomorrow at church, it is momma's turn to sing on the worship team, so we have to be there by eight thirty, so momma can practice. Daddy is also doing usher patrol; he will let people in and say hello to them. He says it is a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
Meanwhile, I will get to go to kid's church. I like kid's church, but I would like to see the adult church. About the only time we get to is when they have the Christmas plays or when it's time to talk about missions. Then I have to do everything I can not to fall asleep in the pews and have momma box my ears again for napping during the pastor's sermon! LOL
Monday there is no school. It's President's Day. That means I can sleep in and watch cartoons when I get up. I always like sleeping in; we get on the bus while it is still dark out, and by the end of the day, I'm practically falling asleep! We get up at five, which is way too early, if you ask me!
I love long holiday weekends!!
