Dear Journal~

Phaedra Rose McIntyre here.  Hope this finds you well.  I'm okay, but my allergies are sure kicking me in the tail: my eyes are all gummy and gross and I've ben sneezing/coughing like there is no tomorrow.  If I don't feel any better by tomorrow, mom's gonna run me to the doctor, to see if she can do anything about it.  These allergies are about to drive me crazy!!

Remember last time I wrote (March 2010!!), when I mentioned that mom was pregnant and was due in October? Well, she had a little girl; I got the sister I wanted after three brothers (they are 11, 13, and 7).  Her name is Danica Michelle, and she's almost nine months old now.  She's the cutest little thing! She looks just like I did when I was small (I'd seen pictures of myself when I was a baby; she's the spitting image of me!!).

The baby isn't really any trouble: I love taking care of her.  She is one of the happiest babies I know; she's certainly much better behaved than my three brat brothers!  Of my brothers, the youngest (Timmy) is the worst!  His name should not be Timothy: mom and dad should have named him "Trouble" because trouble seems to follow him everywhere!!

I'm now sixteen years old and just finished eleventh grade.  Next September, I will be a big-time senior!  Can you believe it?? Seems like only yesterday when I was just entering high school; now I have two years under my belt and am going into the third come the fall!

I am still palling around with Caz, who is my best bud.  We go to the beach together and do fun things from sunup until sundown.  Now that summer vacation has officially started, we can go to the beach more and spend all day there if we want (only as long as it's okay with mom and dad or if we don't have any plans).  Going to the beach is my very favorite thing in the world to do!  I just love the sound of the ocean's waves and hearing the seagulls and watching them overhead.

I wonder what I would do if one of them pooped on me.  That would be totally disgusting!  (((o.0)))  LOL

I pray that never happens to me.  One time, mom was telling me when she was in the choir at church back home, she had a concert somewhere (the concert was outdoors), and a seagull pooped right in her MOUTH!! LOL  When I heard that, I got grossed out at the thought of it, but I also started laughing like nobody's business!  Poor mom!  I am so glad it was her and NOT me!! LOL

We have a cat now: maybe that's why I've been having problems with my allergies acting up so much.  I have always had allergies, but they have only gotten worse as the weather warmed up and ever since we got "Gizmo".  "Giz" is a Maine Coon kitten; she's only 11 weeks old and is the sweetest, most adorable little creature on the planet!  She's red and very fluffy and has the biggest, brightest green eyes!  I just love her!!  I just hope I'm not allergic to "Giz", or else we might have to give her up, and that would just break my heart to pieces!!

Well, we have to get ready for church, so I will run along.  I will write in here again soon; I know I have been bad at keeping up with my journaling; forgive me??  Until later, this is Phaedra McIntyre saying so long; may God bless you always!
