Once people first hear my name, the liklihood that they won't ever forget it: it's that unusual.

Le's just say this:  I don't know of anyone else running around who has my first name.

My name is Kiwi Passion Caperton.  I am 13 years old.  I will be 14 in just over a month.  My birthday falls on December 25th.  (Yep.  Born right ON Christmas Day, which sucks because people forget about my birthday 'cause they're all so gung-ho about celebrating the actual holiday instead!)

I live in Galveston, Texas, right off of Seawall Boulevard (the last street in Galveston before you wind up right in the Gulf of Mexico!), with my parents Elmo and Minnie, and my two brat brothers Karsen and Kennedale (Dale), who are both younger than me.  They are ten (Karson) and six (Dale).  I don't get along with them very well: seems that we're always fighting with one another.

I am a typical teenage girl.  Thath is, I love to gab on the phone, listen to pop/rock music (the Jonas Brothers ROCK!!), read celeb magazines, collect posters and CDs, read, draw, write stories and poems, paint, take photos, hang out with my friends and go veg out on the beach and/or go swimming in the Gulf.  I also love to go out and eat at the Rain Forest Cafe' or go to the mall.

I don't like storms (especially hurricanes; was in Hurricane [Y]Ike last year and our house got smacked and still has some remaining damage that needs to be repaired; we were without a place until earlier this year and after Ike, we didn't have food or power for nearly a month; it was really bad!!), Mexican food, boys who act obnoxious (like my brothers, for instance!), gossipy girls, cold weather, or dogs.

I have lived in Galveston all my life; it's the only place I've ever known.  I just wish more people had the opportunity to visit Galveston.  Galveston has so much to offer and it is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.  The sea-scented breezes and the sounds of the crying gulls, the waves crashing, and such attract people from all over the world.

Galveston does something to people: once they've been here, they will never forget it, and some love it so much they come here to stay or at least stay during winter season.  It is truly a beautiful place and I am proud to call Galveston, Texas, "home".

Well, I am gonna go; gonna help Mom with laundry detail, then I'm gonna go to the beach and enjoy the day for a little "fun in the sun"!  I will write later; 'til then, this is Kiwi Caperton saying so long!  May God bless you as well!
