Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Associate Pastor Rick C. Jones writing.  I hope and pray this finds each and every one of y'all incredibly blessed by the Lord!  Heaven knows, we here at CCAofGC certainly are!

Our church is growing by leaps and bounds: over 3,000 people call our church home and we've had to add two service times on Saturday (3 and 6 p.m.), in addition to our regular three services at 9 and 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m.. on Sundays.  We have had to add on to the building and expand our parking lot to deal with the increasing traffic problem.

We have initiated several new ministry opportunities for single paople (all ages), women and men (married and single, both), and spend more time adding to the teen/youth (ages 13 to 20) and children's (ages 0 to 12 years) ministries, in a way of reaching more young folk here in our community.

For the past few weeks, we have been having revival at our church and amazing things have been happening.  People are getting delivered.  Healed.  Convicted.  Saved.  Baptised in the Holy Ghost.  All ages.  Tonight is the last night of our special revival services; again, we expect God to show up.  When God is in the house, miraculous things happen.  

I know that lives have been radically changed, including mine and a lot of the pastoral staff.  Some will be leaving us, but at the same token, new faces will be added, giving our team a fresh start and a chance to help the newcomers.

We have started adding spiritual mentors, to help growing Christians mature in their walk with Christ and we have been having more opportunities for prayer/fasting.  We have added over 40 families to our church family, so our staff photographer has been kept extra busy taking pictures.

The Special Needs Ministry has been growing by leaps and bounds: more famlies being served, and we have been inviting residents of different group homes to come to one of our services.  Some of them have come to the saving grace that is only found in Christ and their lives are being radically transformed as well.

We have an exciting concert series coming up in a few weeks: the Browning Family from Alabama, Carroll McGruder from Missouri, and Logan Smith from North Carolina will be singing/ministering in song for a special Sunday night sing.  A special love offering will be taken to help defray some of the church additions and ministry costs.  I pray hearts aer touched by the special music.

We will soon be having tryouts for our upcoming Easter services/Easter Cantata.  We need actors.  Sound/lighting crew.  Singers (Soloists).  Choir members.  Set-up/stage crew.  We need at least 50 volunteers.  Then we can have them start working on the music/lines and pray for hearts to be pierced by the message that makes Easter so special.
