Meow!  Purrrrrrr!!

It's your feline friend, "Cajun", writing.  Thought you would like to know what has been going on with me.

I'm not nearly as young as I once was:  I'm over ten years old and am slowing down.  I sleep more than I once did.  I can't get around nearly as well as I used to.  Of course that makes me very sad; up until this year I had always been a very active Cat.

I have arthritis in my bones and it makes me hurt or have trouble getting around.  I don't like it one bit!

I don't hear or see nearly as well.  MyHuman is worried about me.  She's worried that I'll lose my hearing or sight.  She's afraid I'll die. 

There are so many wonderful sounds for me to hear  and see:  the birds singing, the leaves on the trees brightening up with the promise of new life, flowers bursting in the flowerbeds, MyRonee''s beautiful singing voice, Michael's laughter, the squirrels and rabbits running about outside.  I don't want to miss a thing!!

When I die, I will go to the Rainbow Bridge and see all my friends who have gone on before me (and maybe my Kitty Brothers and Sisters!!).  But I'll be sad, too, because I would never see MyRonee' or MyMichael ever again, and I don't think my Little Kittycat Haert could take that!!  

My passing will devastate MyRonee', too.

I've been with MyRonee' since she was a little girl of nine or so; she's now nearly 19 1/2 and has grown into a Beautiful Young Woman with a Promising Future.  She is going to get married to Michael, so I will gain a Human Daddy.  That is great 'cause I know Micheel loves me just as much as his Wife-To-Be!

MyRonee' is going to School called College; she wants to be a Singer or a Writer.  She is very good at both.  Michael wants to be a Rabbi or a Writer; he can't decide which one yet.  They're in their second year of College and both make very good grades.

Well, I'm tired from writing (my Paws just ain't big enough to hit all the keys properly); I'm gonna curl up in the sunshine and go to sleep.  I will write in here again soon; until later, this is "Cajun" saying so long!  Love you!!  Purrrrrr ....
