The first 13 Smith Numbers all total to the reduced number of 4 except 1 and it is 27/9. However a 9 when added to a 4 makes a 13. 202=2+2=4 and add the 9 and we have 13.

The first few Smith numbers are 4, 22, 27, 58, 85, 94, 121, 166, 202, 265, 274, 319, 346, ... (Sloane's A006753). The corresponding digits sums are 4, 4, 9, 13, 13, 13, 4, 13, 4, 13, 13, 13, 13, ... (Sloane's A050218). McDaniel (1987a) showed that there are an infinite number of Smith numbers.

Could that be the reason for my interest in 13/4's and other combinations of number/words that create the 13.
Well, the name suits me and the number suits me so I see nothing illogically with the evidence=54945535=40/4 with even the word evidence being a master number of 40 which is another 4.
