A man is determined to control the world's weather.
Seems like the weather gods on television keep screwing up their forecasts now more than ever. Whoever needs rain doesn't seem to get any (Australia is ablaze with wildfires) where other places (like Texas or Louisiana, as two examples) keep getting inundated with rainfall they don't even need.

Or places that are supposed to be cold are basking in springtime (or summertime) heat or places that are supposed to be warm are colder than normal. It's like everything is totally backwards ...

Well, I can fix that easily. What with my handy-dandy weather machine that will soon control the world's weather. People grumbling about wanting sunshine and heat? People griping becasue they want rain to save their dying crops? People wanting to see the northern lights? Well, no problem: I can give people the ideal weather conditions they so desire: Ma Nature ain't the only one who can play this game. I, the Storm-Walker, can control the weather patterns, too!

I can also use the weather to get rid of people I don't like. I can dump a flood on Washington, D.C. and wash all those fat cat politicians clean out of office with the flick of a switch. I can throw a hurricane to end all hurricanes, one that will make Hurricanes Katrina, Camille, Betsy, Ike, et. al., seem like a minor sprinkle, or an EF-10 tornado guaranteed to scare the socks out of even the most seasoned of meteorologists who have been "doing the weather" longer than I have even been alive.

Just call me "The Storm-Walker". You will soon see why I bear that nickname. You have NOT heard the last of me yet! No, sir!!

~To be continued!~
