A boy enjoys a summer afternoon by imagining shapes in the clouds.
I never knew that Ma Nature could be so talented ....
Only she could have a good imagination by creating Sky-Art in the clouds. Just in the past five to ten minutes, I saw a lamb and her little baby, an atom bomb explosion, a lion roaring, the Pillsbury Dough Boy, and even a giant-sized thumb hitching for a ride somewhere.
It is partly cloudy as you can probably guess. It's rather humid though, so I suspect that these now-friendly white cumulus clouds will morph into something more sinister later on. After all, the weather forecasters are predicting rain, with possible severe thunderstorms later on and tonight; I wouldn't be surprised to see some storm clouds forming in the very near future.
For now, though, the weather is nice; I am sitting here on the hill up the road from me with my family, where we are enjoying a picnic lunch. Baby sister is sleeping, oblivious to my cloud games; meanwhile, Mom and Pop are lying on their backs, snoozing, while I keep an eye on Meghan (and the clouds, of course). It is a nice way to spend the day.
Who knows what else I will see before the clouds thicken and the sun disappears for good? It's anybody's guess.
Well, I'm going to get back to my cloud games and enjoy myself before the bad weather comes ..... see ya later!
Well done Karen, keep these coming, I used to play the cloud games when I was a kid, still do with the kids sometimes, always fun and it allows them to stretch their imagination in a creative way...
