A woman pines for a man in her life. This is her story, as told by her neighbor.
Loretta Lynn Langsford is a piece of work, if I do say so myself.
I mean, she is always pinin' for a man, but she doesn't seem to be getting anywhere in the romance department.
Loretta seems to have a new boyfriend nearly every night, only to spend the next day holed up in her room, bemoaning the fact that her latest "love" spurned her. She is over fifty five years old, but she tries to act (and dress) like somebody half her age.
I am Loretta's neighbor, so I see what's going on. And believe me, it isn't pretty.
I kind of feel sorry for Loretta. I know she is trying to land a man, but I want to tell her to hang it all up. She'd be far better off remaining single. Yet I know, on the other hand, that everyone deserves to be loved or have somebody special in their lives; and Loretta Lynn Langsford is certainly no exception.
I just try to keep my mouth shut and let Loretta Lynn Langsford go about her (ditzy) business. She'll find out soon enough just what I'm talkin' about.
