Why even have a television?  We get more than enough entertainment from our five cats!  They provide us with hours of nonstop entertainment!!

We have two Ragdoll cats (Lily and Samson), two Maine Coons (Delilah and Dulcie), and a solid black shorthair cat (Bagheera).  We got them at a local "no-kill" animal shelter here in town; we couldn't be happier!

Our kitties know which strings to pull in order to make us laugh.  They also know when to make us weep or get annoyed with them, but more often than not, they make us very happy.

Our kitties love to chase each other around, bat their paws at bright-colored toys, leap at imaginary (or real) bugs on the wall, "chirp" at the birds perched teasingly outside the window of our livingroom, annoy our twelve-year-old Corgi "Lulabelle" (knowing full well that she is too old and much too fat to give chase), and reward us, their "human family", with cuddles, snuggles, and throat-ribrating purrs that can be heard from across the room.

Our five cats are the greatest blessing that God could have ever given us.  We are animal lovers anyway, and having our furry friends has only enriched our lives for the better.  We cannot imagine our world without any of them.  Each has his (or her) special "quirks" that have only endeared us to them, and they make life itself a grand adventure!

Yes, who needs cable?  We don't need mind-numbing drivel shown on tv to make us happy: we have "The Cat Channel" available to us, free of charge, 24 hours a day, thanks to our five fabulous feline friends!
