A woman is captured by extraterrestrials. This is her story.

It started like any other day.

I was on my way to work.  It was Monday, the first day back after a well-deserved vacation; I and my husband had just gotten back from a 2 week cruise to Alaska.  I was sad to be going to be back to work, but on the other hand, I was glad to be home; I missed seeing my friends and my co-workers.

I was caught in rush hour traffic.  Seems as if everybody and their mother had the same idea as me: they all had the same agenda.  To get to their repsective jobs before the boss nailed them for being tardy.  If there was one thing I prided myself on, it was to be punctual.  It was something my military-career father instilled in me, and years later, I still behaved this way.  I absolutely hated to be late.

Suddenly, I heard a deafening whirring noise; it surrounded my vehicle.  It was so loud, it rattled the windows and caused my SUV to shake violently.  I first thought it was an earthquake, but I didn't see any rocks or stones bouncing on the roadway.  I then noticed the sun had been blocked out.  I thought it was a cloud, but I didn't see any clouds in the sky excepting for high cirrus clouds; and they were pretty harmless.

That was when I found myself being lifted out of my car. Being lifted out by an unseen force.  I was wondering what was going on; I looked about me, didn't see anything unusual, but then I looked up, and was startled by what I saw: there was an immense grey, silver, and white spacecraft directly above me.

That was when I put two and two together.  I was being abducted by space creatures.  That was when I mercifully passed out.

~To be continued!~

I think you actually passed out before you had this dream conjured up by all those sci-fantasy movies.

Looking forward to your happy abduction. Is that something like a happy vacation? ;-)
