Dear Journal~

While the boys are taking their naps, I figured I'd kill some time and write in my journal.

Hard to believe that Dean and Dillon are nearly two months old! On September 20, they will be two months old; they wrere born on July 20 after my water broke when I fell at home.  Thank God they are doing great!!  I couldn't have asked for more!  They could have had so much going on with them, but God has seen to bringing them through their earlier-than-planned entrance without many problems, and I have Him to thank!!  It's been nothing short of a miracle!!

I am healing from my C-section; not nearly as much pain, but once in a while, I get a little twinge if I move wrong or lift something heavier than normal.  Other than that, I'm doing wonderful!  Michael has been making sure of that!  He is a great husband; I love him with all my heart and soul, and I love my boys!!

The doctors are pleased with the progress both boys are making.  They don't have any sign of defect or disability: they are perfectly healthy, and I couldn't be more pleased.  They are still rather tiny, but they are getting bigger.  And they are eating machines!!  LOL

Maman and Daddy are in Alaska; they will be back in about a week and a half.  I know they are enjoying themselves.  They wanted time away from the kids; I personally don't blame them.  The last time they went to Alaska, they had us along, and by the end of the trip, both Maman and Daddy were ready to pull their hair out!! LOL  I have been going to their Facebook page and looking at all the pictures they've taken thus far.  Kinda makes me wish I were there .... I love Alaska; it is so beautiful up there!!  I would love to go back, but the cold would lock me up for years!  LOL It can get brutally cold up there, and it would really play havoc with my JRA!  

I also got my hair cut.  Yes, you read right.  I got my ears lowered.  My hair is now to just below my shoulders; it used to fall past my heinie.  I got it done the other day and it's taking some time to get used to, but I really like it, and so does Michael and my family and friends.  I just hope the boys don't decide to play "grabby-grabby" and decide to pull my hair! OW!!  LOL (That was one reason why I got it cut like I did.)

Church is going super.  I'm involved with both the women's and special needs ministries, and I continue to perform with the worship team every other week.  I love ministering to the congregants in song and in worship!  I love sharing the love of Jesus and what He's done in my life with others!

Later this month, we will start working on the music for our upcoming Christmas Cantata.  I know they'll probably want me to sing "O, Holy Night".  We also have to have the Harvest Festival (held Hallowe'en night) and the feeding of the Veterans and homeless of our community on Thanksgiving Day and around Christmas.  The fall and winter months are always a very busy time for Christ Community Assembly of God Church, but I don't mind it one bit.

Well, I hear one of the boys whimpering; it sounds like Dean.  I must see if they are okay.  I will write in here again soon; until then, this is Ronee' Le-Anne Stinkowitz saying so long; may God bless you as much as He's been blessing me and my family!  Take care and talk to y'all later!
