Dear Journal~

Ronee' Stinkowitz here.  Hope this finds y'all well and happy!

I am busier than a centipede in a toe counting contest: I hardly have any time for myself.  I need a break; am sooo looking forward to getting Thanksgiving weekend off! 

Work is crazy: lots of new patients, people trying to navigate the Obama Care crapola ... UGH!  If I hear the phone ringing one more time, I just may go mad .... I do like the doctors I am working for, though, and I like the hours!

I have auditioned for The Voice and for The X Factor ... haven't heard anything yet, but I am hopeful, especially since seeing this girl (13 years old) with arthrogryposis on there; she has such a winning attitude, and she says nothing is gonna stop her.  Her name is Rion Paige and she sings like an angel!  She is absolutely amazing!  I think if she can do it and not be scared, then why can't I try to do the same??  I've been to countless auditions, but everytime when it counted, I froze up or got a huge case of stage fright and I bombed.  UGH!!

Who cares if people see that I am disabled? I think it ought to be based on TALENT, NOT looks or ability!!  So many shows are like that: that's why I like The Voice 'cause people hear the singers first before they are seen, and when they do, it's like, "WOW!!"

My babies are now smiling and cooing; they recognize both their daddy and myself.  They are also holding their heads up if placed on their stomachs and they are getting cuter by the day!  I love my baby boys so much; they are my world!!

In addition to work, parenthood, and auditions, we have already started practicing for our upcoming Christmas Cantata at our church and I've already been pegged to sing not one but two songs: "O, Holy Night" and "Where Are You, Christmas" (which is the name of our Cantata this year).  

THEN we have the Harvest Festival (next Thursday at church), and the annual Feeding of the Veterans (the Sunday before Veteran's Day) and Thanksgiving/Feeding of the Homeless and Poor of our community.  It's gonna be crazy these upcoming weeks!! YIKES!!

Well, I hate to run, but Dean is squalling up a storm; wonder what's gotten him all riled up.  He sounds MAD!!  I will write again soon; until later (or until I hear about the audition results), I will go.  Take care and may God bless y'all; shoot some prayers up Heaven's way on my behalf regarding the auditions!  Thanks in advance!  Bye!!
