A Liverpool Author and lyricist has had his poem made into a song by Gilbert O'sullivan without his permission. The poem 'Where would we be without tea' was written By Kevin Slater from Liverpool. Gilbert's lawyers say that Gilbert had no idea of any poem of the same words but Kevin wrote the poem in 2001. Kevin says he's not perusing any royalties from Gilbert and no further action will be taken.
