My beautician, Karen, and her sister Sharon had recently lost their mother. Both women were having a hard time with the grief process so I gave Karen a copy of my book. She was really busy one dark, cloudy day when Sharon dropped in for a visit so she gave her sister the book to occupy her time while she continued her work.
Sharon found a nice, comfortable chair in the living room and started reading. When she turned the page to the "Mother's Day" chapter the sun immediately burst through the window and settled on the pages of her book. It remained bright until she read the last page of the chapter then disappeared back behind the clouds for the rest of the day.
Both Karen and Sharon's hearts were lifted by the story and they knew it was a sign from God that their mother was home with Him.
