Howdy from the Lone Star State!

This is your friend, Medusa Powers, writing!  Sorry I haven't written in such a long while, but things have been CRAZY at best!  For one thing, I am now married; got married in June of last year!  My boyfriend, Marcus Powers, popped the question, and I accepted; we got married on June 5, 2013.  We had a beautiful wedding at the Japenese Gardens here in Fort Worth; all my family and friends came; it was a wonderful, beautiful time!

I am loving married life: Marcus treats me like a goddess and he does everything to make sure that I am happy before he thinks of himself.  He's always been that way; it was as if God orchestrated the entire thing; it's like we were meant to be together!

I am still working at the bookstore (there now; on lunch break now as I write this), and am still living here in Fort Worth.  I am doing great healthwise; the last time I saw my doctor, he threw me out of the office, said he didn't want to see me for six months.  LOL

The hardest thing for me was to get used to my married name.  I still find myself putting Medusa Jones on checks and stuff, and then, I'm like, "oh, s***!" (insert bad word here!)  LOL  But Marcus treats me right, and he knows how to make a woman happy in bed.  :)

Today is Valentine's Day, and after work, he has already promised to take me out; we're going to the Golden Corral, and we're gonna pig out on lobster.  I dearly love lobster!!  Yummy!  We're then going to catch a flick; we're gonna see "Frozen".  He is a sucker for family movies and so am I!

Well, I hate to run, but I'd best get some grub to eat, or else I won't be worth anything by the time work lets out, and I don't want to be caught with my stomach rumbling like a hungry bear! LOL  I will write in here again soon; until later, this is Medusa Jones (dangit, did it AGAIN! Meant Powers) saying so long; may God bless y'all as much as He's blessed me!!
