Ronee' Le-Anne Stinkowitz writes in her journal while waiting for Michael to finish cooking supper. They are having New York strip steak with Mexican spices, guacamole sauce, and jalapeno peppers, not to mention, baked potatoes.

Dear Journal~

Howdy!  Ronee' Le-Anne writing.  I am sitting here, waiting for my eyes to stop burning: I made the mistake of rubbing my eyes after cutting up jalapeno peppers.  OW!  Dumb move, I know ... I should have known better ...  LOL

Now Michael is cooking while I entertain the boys (and try to soothe my burning eyes).  The boys are in the crib, playing with their toys and cooing happily; they are content, and they have been fed and changed.  I love my boys; they are such good babies!  We are indeed blessed!

Tonight we are having New York strip steak slathered with Mexican spices, jalapeno peppers, guacamole, and baked potatoes; for dessert we are having strawberries with whipped cream.  Supper smells really good; it's making my mouth water!  Michael is such a good cook; I taught him well! :)  (I learned from my Maman.)

I had to bathe Dean and Dillon earlier: they decided to be little Picassos.  They decorated the walls, their sheets, and themselves with their poop.  EWW, what a disgusting mess!

Of course, Michael thought it was funny.  He is still laughing about it; I hear him chortling in the kitchen.

I had to fast yesterday: I had bloodwork done at the doctor's this morning, so I was off from work today.  Hopefully everything checks out okay; I am sure it will.  :)  After my appointment, we went out to eat at Golden Corral; I had two plates.  I was hungry!  I loaded 'em up, too!  I sure got my money's worth!

Speaking of health, Daddy (my daddy) gave me a scare: he recently had a mild heart attack that landed him in the hospital for several days.  He now has to have a low salt, low cholesterol diet.  No more fried foods for him except maybe twice a week, and even then he has to cut back on the portions.  It's gonna be hard on him; Daddy loves his frybread and his fried foods!  But his blood pressure went sky high (higher than what it usually is), and when he was shoveling snow, he had chest pains; when he was taken to the hospital by ambulance, it was discovered that he had a mild heart attack.

Daddy is now fine, thank the Lord, but as I sad, he has to watch what he eats and try to keep stress from happening (easier said than done in my family).

My newest sister, Loretta, who is now 22 1/2 months old (she'll be two in April), has settled in well with the family.  She is quickly learning new words (in English), and has already wrapped her little self around Maman and Daddy's hearts.  She was adopted from Ghana, in Africa, and she is the cutest little bug!  I just love her so much!

My brother, Johnny, was in the hospital, too, for three days: he got dehydrated and had to get IV fluids, but he is now fine and is recuperating back home.  He didn't drink enough fluids and started throwing up; well, it kept getting worse, and he couldn't keep anything down, not even water.  Well, Rebekka, his wife, got worried, natch, and so she called for an ambulance and he ended up getting admitted to the hospital for a few days.

Well, Michael wants me to go to the kitchen; he is standing there, in front of me, holding my crutches, smiling at me, so I am going to scoot and feed my face.  I will write in here another day; until later, this is Ronee' Le-Anne Stinkowitz saying so long!  May God bless you as much as He's blessed me!

~Love, your friend in Tennesee, Ronee' Le-Anne.  :)
