A woman is dealing with a pet who has a problem with a short temper and biting people.
Rambo is carrying an awfully big burden upon his tiny, four-pound body. Because he bit a woman on the nose he's suddenly viewed as a nuisance or worse, a menace or a killer.
The woman wasn't doing anything wrong except for watching my dog eat his pizza. Yes, Rambo dearly loves pizza, and once in a ahile, as a treat, I like to give him a piece if he has been very good.
I am sure the woman in question doesn't like small dogs anymore because of this happening to her, especially Pomernanians. (Rambo happens to be a Pomeranian. I have had him for nearly four years; he'll be three in October.)
I don't blame Rambo one bit for protecting his "prize". He probably thought she was going to go after his pizza. He was only doing what a dog would normally do.
Yet, on the other hand, I don't think the woman really wanted his pizza, because A.) it wasn't hers, and B), I'm sure she wouldn't eat it since a dog's lips were already on it. LOL
I still see the look of hurt in his big brown eyes whenever I mention pizza, but I try not to push the issue. I just give him some and watch him eat it without worrying whether some strange woman is going to abscond with it or not.
