So let''s take a little scenario. You are at a restaurant and you are going to have lunch. Your server comes over to put your place setting on the table. You find that your silverware is dirty and you bring this to your server''s attention. The server apologizes and says at least I brought your place setting early. I showed some kind of effort.. Your server thens asks, are you ready to order?You answer is Yes and you ask what is the soup of today? The server answers Chicken Noodle. You say Great. I will have soup and salad. The you asked the server for you bread and butter basket. Your server says I will bring it back when I bring the clean silverware. 20 mins. has passed, your server comes back with clean silware, no bread and butter basket, but places your order infront of you.You look down and observe you have Cream of Broccoli instead of Chicken Noodle. You alert your server that the soup of the Day is suppose to be Chicken Noddle and the server says I apologize I was wrong the soup of the day is Cream of Broccoli.You explained to the server I am  lactose intolerance and the server said I will bring the correct order, but I did bring something. 15mins. later the server returns with your Chicken Noodle soup and salad and also an attitude. You look at the server and he responds what do you need now? I said where is my bread and butter basket. Before my server left, I asked On a scale of 1-10 How do you rate yourself. The server looked at me and said an 8. In today''s times we must educate towards being Accurate instead of Effort. From a reality perspective  you might save someone''s life by being accurate, instead of demonstrating a form of effort accidently causing a death of someone.
