We can see the 100 credits a voter can have its own problems.

And, it’s easy to work around the safeguards it proposes.

The proportional system has shortfalls in that it cannot handle severe divisions in society and has, in effect, enshrined those divisions in society rather than ameliorate them.

Our “winner take all system” leaves much to be desired and I will not belabor those for the reader.

The “rank vote” system seems to me to be best in that it combines some features of the 100 credit system while not having your political system fractured into too many parts or candidates.

But, all systems need to be tested in the real world; for now the rank vote system seems best and one which I would put forward for that testing.

It has the added advantage of actually being used in certain localities and has supports where it is being used.

This voting system combined with the single tax system described above moves us along the continuum toward sustainability, ending poverty in our society, reclaiming the common property in each society and a way to adjudicate disputes which might arise.

A last consideration which is upon us is that of immigration.

Virtually all of Western Society has a common problem, from Germany to Italy to Great Britain, to Japan to China, yes China as well; that their populations are not reproducing enough to replicate their populations. I
Immigration is an area these governments are confronted with.
Will they import the labor and immigrants they need to prosper and sustain themselves, or contemplate the vision of no more Europeans, Americans, no Germans in the near future, by some estimates by 2018. Who will support their aging?
Germans need immigrants to support their life style and need there  labor to support their aging population, their energy and ingenuity to keep their society going.
This is replicated all over Western Europe, Japan, China; everywhere.
We see, however that some of their populations are reacting to these new immigrants, some violently. Hence, the polity is in an uproar, threatening to tear some of them apart.
