Squeezing her way from between her Mercedes and the Silverado, the lady goes to the driver side of the larger vehicle and this time pounding on the driver side window, “Move your car!” she demands…

 A Road Rage Scenario

This had been posted as a U-tube post, but impressed me so much, I had to write about it.

Setting the scenario:

In a moderately large parking lot, among other stores, there is also either a ‘convenience Store’ or a ‘7 Eleven’.

Notation:

Much of what I write here and now is my ‘assumption’ of a true incident as I do not believe that this incident was staged.

I assume the man (did hear a man’s voice so I will call him ‘camera’) is leaning onto the rear of his car with his mobile phone in hand, knowing that there will be a bit of a confutation because…

Setting the scenario:

In the parking lot, on the other side of the two lane parking lot driveway there is a… There is what looks like a new, black ‘Mercedes Benz’ convertible that was carelessly parked six or seven inches across and ‘into’ the yellow striped neighboring parking area to the left of the Mercedes’.

Having ‘purposelessly’ pulled in, my assumption, ‘was to teach this inconsiderate person a lesson’.

Parked eight or nine inches, but narrowly ‘within’ it’s yellow striped parking area is what looked like a new, black ‘Chevrolet Silverado’ that had pulled alongside the Mercedes to within one or two inches of, and directly behind, with both the Mercedes and Silverado’s side view mirrors just an inch or two apart— Meaning that the only way the Mercedes could go would be carefully forward.

Also meaning that the driver of the Mercedes had absolutely no way to enter… As it so happened the only way the woman would have to enter her car is through the passenger side door, then by crawling over the counsel to get into the drivers position.

Okay, scenario set:

Now … Noting a woman heading in the direction of the Mercedes, using his mobile phone, ‘camera’ begins to record.

The lady, a well dressed, attractive ‘thirty something’ woman carrying a ‘Big Gulp’ drink stops dead in her tracts noting that there is no way to get into her car from the front, so going behind finds that the only way to get into the car is by squeezing between her car and the large Silverado without asking the driver to ‘please’ move.

Tightly wiggling between the two vehicles, knocking on the window… “Excuse me… the woman said “...could you please back up so I can get into my car?”

However, as we can see there are two men through the Silverado’s windshield , both men absolutely ignore the lady.

Pounding a bit harder on the side window, “Would you ‘please’ move your car!”

Again she is ignored.

Squeezing her way from between her Mercedes and the Silverado, the lady goes to the driver side of the larger vehicle and this time pounding on the driver side window, “Move your car!” she demands…

No response.

Now noting ‘camera’ in the next lane forward recording… “Stop it!” she demands “I ‘don’t’ give you permission to record me!”

“You don’t own this parking lot, lady, and I don’t need your permission to shoot this!” Camera answers back as he continues to record.

In a very noticeable huff, now pounding on the windshield, “I ‘demand’ that you move this car!”

Obviously a lady that expects and seemingly always gets her way with whatever man is in her life.

Screaming now, “Open your window!” she yells to the driver. “God damn it! I said open your fucking window!”

The window does not open… Not only does the window not open, but both men, looking straight forward, completely ignore her.

“You fucker!” Motioning with the large ‘big Gulp’ drink in her hand. “Open your window!”

Looking across the lane… “You fucking ‘stop’ recording me!” The lady screened at ‘Camera’ “I ‘demand’ you stop!”

Nothing from within the Silverado cab or acknowledgment from ‘Camera’.

“How’d you like it if I dump this drink…” again motioning to the large, ‘big Gulp’ container “...all over your car?”

No answer. So the lady, as forcefully as possible, throws the ‘Big Gulp’ container at the windshield splattering the strawberry drink over the windshield and hood of the Silverado.

However.....

Infuriating her even further, immediately the Silverado’s windshield wipers go on.

No longer knowing what to do, the lady stormed to the rear of the Silverado and — I could almost hear her angry, forced breathing — and in a show of frustration stood for a long moment with her arms held upward then, as though coming to a decision, the lady went to the passenger side— the only way she could go and, opening the Mercedes door and reaching inside, now comes away with two spray cans of paint.

Back to the Silverado driver side. “You going to open your window?” she screens.. “You going to fucking move!”

Receiving no response, the lady precedes to spray running streamers of red and blue paint over the front cab, hood and rear bed of this, possibly new, black Chevy Silverado.

“There!” Hysterically screaming while spraying more dripping red paint paint onto the windshield. “How you like that, you fucking assholes.!”

Still, no response, except there come twin sprays of window cleaner onto the windshield along with the back and forth movement of the wipers.

“Enough of you assholes…” Throwing both, by now empty cans of spray paint at the driver side window. “...I’m calling the cops!” Pulling the mobile phone from her red and blue paint smeared jacket pocket and beginning to punch the ‘911’ buttons with her red and blue paint speckled fingers... and what is worse, her expensive customized manufactured finger nails.

With that, the completely vandalized, possibly new, black and red and blue Chevy Silverado backed out and sped away…

Followed, within the seconds it took the lady — knowing she was being recorded — to get into her Mercedes and she, too, sped away.

Now, one assumption and one — I think, truth:

Truth:

If the lady had hung around until the cops got there, without a doubt it would have been her hauled away, as the Chevrolet Silverado ‘was’ parked legally, and as she was, so to speak, over the line, the Chevy did not ‘have’ to move. Whereas she had all but destroyed the possibly new Chevrolet Silverado.

Assumption:

The like new, black Chevrolet Silverado was not owned by either of the two men, but had been stolen by the two men.

Just saying.

Oh, yes! As for ‘camera’ , thank you for posting.

It would've been nice if you would have given us all a link to that video or sent it to us if you have our email addresses. But your description is quite clear. While I never heard about it before, recently we have had road rage incidents quite often as once a week where someone is shot and killed on Houston freeways or parking lots. Texas open carry is probably the result. And the pandemic with its disruption of almost everything, including patience, has led to an increase in bad behavior… Even on airplanes.

Back in the day I had a pad of notes. Whenever I saw someone parking inconsiderately in a disabled parking space, I put a note in the window. "What is a nice person like you parking in space like this?" Several times when I came to a local McDonald's around noon, I saw a black Mercedes limousine parked in the disabled space and partially blocking the walkway. Whenever I saw anyone deliberately violating those spaces, I didn't hesitate to tell them.

But lately it seems, all the elderly people who have the tag hanging from their rearview mirror that doctors prescribed for them, cannot tell the difference between a regular disabled space and one reserved for a van, like mine, requiring room on the right side for the ramp to come out. I was blocked many times by inconsiderate parkers. And I often had to park catty cornered in two spaces in order to park at all.

The Silverado shouldn't be hard to spot. The guys probably ditched it. And, rather convenient or not so convenient, the woman had cans of spray paint at her disposal. These days, there's always a "Camera" around.
