That is a mighty goal. Since you don't have knowledge of your parents. You have to rely on the parameters you have now and what it will take to make that lofty goal. I gather from your diet and lifestyle, as stress-free as you can make it, along with great attitude and occasional beach walk exercise, you will reach it.

I have those genes in one side of my family, two generations removed. I have no such lofty goals, preferring to go before I have to undergo the pain of old age. In the meantime, I will try to keep up with you, year-by-year as we move along in this wonderful place where we can express almost anything for the reader to read.
