A story of a girl who happens to be a bully.
Cindi's my name, and don't you ever forget it!

I am 14 years old, and I live with Mother here in Nashville, Tennessee. We live in a ritzy part of town; we have lived here since Daddy became rich after playing the lottery. He won something like 10 million dollars. (This happened when I was 9; we moved here to Nashville, Tennessee, from Los Angeles, California, when my daddy found a house on the Internet.)

I don't like living in this hick town; I would rather live someplace fancy, like Beverly Hills, California, or Las Vegas, Nevada, where all the rich people live. This town is too boring for my tastes!

I have some friends, but it seems most people don't like me for some reason. I don't know why: I am pretty, I have great clothes, and I am rich! But what I don't like is people accusing me of being a bully! Just because I don't like somebody DOESN'T make me a bully, and I have my reasons for not liking someone.

For example, Barbara Sandusky. A tomboy if you ever saw one. She is a girl, yet, she acts more like a boy, and she is always popular with the cute athletes at school! She is such a dork at times! And take her ragtag family. A poster family for the United Nations; there's kids who are all different colors in that family, and everywhere they go, they always attract attention. And probably, worst of all, she likes country music (GAG!)!! GAD, how can she LISTEN to that crud??

And I can't stand handicapped kids. They are always attracting attention, and people always feel so sorry for them. Well, I DON'T. They make me uncomfortable, and I wish they would go to another school; I DON'T need 'em hanging around ME! They are nothing but a PAIN!!

Do I sound angry to you? Well, maybe I AM angry. I am angry because I don't like living here in Tennessee, and I don't like being away from Daddy! Daddy is always going on business trips, and he often goes to Europe. As I write this, he is in PARIS, FRANCE! Boy, I wish I were THERE!! I hardly ever see him anymore, and Mother is always too busy planning for dinner engagements or parties; she doesn't seem to have enough time for me!

And then people wonder why I am so tense. Well, I HATE Tennessee, and I wish I had NEVER came here! I want to be back in California with my friends!

I like Ciny-Lou! She is me when my parents ripped me out of SmallTown, Oh and dragged me to FL at the age of 14. It was awful at first and so I can identify with how she feels; even 13 years later. Very good write!
