“Eyes to See, Ears to Hear, Voice of Transcending Love"

Why, Oh why is it Lord that so many seek not to hear the warmth of Your transcending love that prevails. It is from out of the depths of my mind, my soul, that I know that You are alive and well. In the newness of each day, I awake to hear Your call. I arise and say, “Good morning my Lord, I am ready for another day. Use me Lord, may I be a witness of Your love in a world that sees not Your face. There is evidence all around, and I am moved each day by the splendor that vividly I see as I journey through life. What do I see? Where am I going? What shall I say? So full of questions so early each day. I call out to Thee and silently I pray. Lord have Thy way. What did I see?I saw You Lord in the newness of spring, so refreshing, gardens wet with dew…I saw You Lord in the morning sky a glow with Your warming sun, that peeks out from over-shadowing clouds.I saw You Lord in the robins that appear at winter’s end and early morn they melodiously sing.I saw You Lord in the ground, where new life springs forth, that silently lay still during winter’s call.I saw You Lord in the scampering squirrel, that appeared outside my door. What did I hear?I heard the whispering of angels that surround my life each day.I heard the voices of children, playing outside my window, happy and glad to see the warm days now here.I heard the birds chirping early each morn, as I silently listened and timed their melodious calls.I heard the rains falling gently the other night, as I lay my head down, and prayed, and fell asleep.I heard Thy thunder, loud and clear, telling me that a storm would now appear. What did I speak?I said, “I am so glad to be alive.”I said, “I shall be happy today, it is in everything that I say, that shall set my day in motion.”I said, “I am! I can! I will! I believe! In these four affirmations, how can there not be change. You see the eyes are the mirror to the soul. The ears are the portals to the sounds we hear. We speak into existence words spoken from within. Lord, You gave us eyes to see the beauty and splendor of all that Thou hast created by Thy mighty hand alone. You gave us ears to hear the good news and pleasant words so fitly bespoken. Great are Your gifts, Oh Lord. May I walk humbly in Thy favor. In the words I speak may I encourage, not tear down. In what my eyes behold, may they stay pure and search to see the goodness in this world. Let my voice speak forth and proclaim the Good News, that You are always so very, very near.Today I take a hold of my senses and say, “Give Glory to the Lord.”

A strongly aware and compassionate voice is a megaphone that shouts out the word B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!

God Bless You.
