Oh, excuse me..I am SO sorry. I didn't know you don't speak Dog!
My name is Cajun Gold, and I am a Dog by trade. I am not only a Dog; I am a very pretty Dog, if I do say so myself. I mean, LOOK at me. I am small, very cuddly, and am blessed with all this lovely long orange-gold fur that is my crowning glory! My Human, Louisiana, is my Mommy, and she has often said that I am a very pretty Dog. She is always brushing my fur, and she goes out of her way to make sure I look my very best!
I am a Pomeranian. I am a direct descendant of the German Spitz, and I am a toy dog. Toy meaning that I am NOT someone's Plaything, but Toy, meaning that I am very small in size. In fact, I am so small, I can easily fit into my Mommy's purse whenever we go someplace, and I weigh only 4 pounds. I am NOT very big AT all. But I DO have a killer yap; and I WILL let my displeasure known if someone messes with me OR my Human Family!
You know what BUGS me to no end? Whenever people see me and start to laugh. I mean, LAUGH. They see me as a little ball of fur with legs, and whenever they see me or hear my bark, they don't act at ALL scared. Instead, they LAUGH. I may be a little Dog, but I have feelings, too, and I DON'T like people making fun of me! They won't think it is so funny if I decide to bite their ankle or take a little tinkle on 'em like they were a tree! Then they would learn how to act around me and know that I mean BUSINESS! GRRR!
I may be little, but I am a very happy and active Dog. I love it when my Humans play with me or let me outside for some fresh air or exercise; and I love it when they have picnics or stuff in their backyard because someone is always dropping food, like hotdogs or hamburgers, and I always manage to sneak in there and get a delicious treat! There is nothing more satisfying to a little Dog like me than to get her little Canine chops on some cooked burger or hotdog meat! YUMMERS! Or they start singing, and I start singing right along with 'em! Or they play their music on their instruments, and I start howling right along! They think it is funny, so I just do it to play along and to make 'em laugh (but at the same token, the music hurts my little bitty ears!).
I am lucky I haven't been sick, but if I DO get sick, they would take me to their animal Doctor and make me all better. I so far have been a very happy and healthy little Dog, and I love my Human Family SOO much!
To describe how I look, I am very little, weighing just 4 pounds, and I look like a powderpuff. No foolin'! I look like an orange-gold powderpuff with tiny cat legs and a furry tail that lays across my back. My eyes are big and dark, and I tend to smile a lot. But if someone makes me mad, I WILL bark, and I WILL growl like a BIGDOG, NO questions asked! My ears stick straight up into the air, but you can barely see 'em because I am all FUR! I require daily brushing to make sure I look my best, and if there is one thing I love, it is looking pretty for my Lady Master and her Human Family! If there were a Star Search show for Dogs, I'd probably take the Prize, Paws down! :)

I love it Karen, I could just picture her telling the story. I have five cats, they talk to me all the time (I understand most of the time - I think!) but I would love to have a little dog too.
